Hunan Baxiongdi New Material Co., Ltd. was established in 1999. 25 years professional manufacture experience, we become one of the largest manufacture on adhesive in Changsha city Hunan China.

Our main products are including RTV silicone gasket maker, liquid nails adhesive, threadlocker sealant, modified acrylic adhesive, epoxy adhesive and 502 super glue. They are well approved by SGS, ROSH, ISO9001. OEM are welcomed.

Application

This product can quickly solidify at room temperature, making it easy to use. After curing, the adhesive film is transparent, with high hardness, strong impact resistance and shear force. It has high adhesion strength to various materials and good weather resistance.

Advantage

After bonding, it does not deform even after being forcefully broken. It is as hard as iron and has properties such as waterproofing, oil resistance, and resistance to high and low temperatures.

Disadvantage

AB adhesive is not suitable for bonding snowflake iron (galvanized sheet), copper brass, zinc, celluloid polytetrafluoro, ethylene, polyolefin, polysiloxane, PP, PE, PA, POM and other products to glass products. It has good initial strength, but sometimes it will automatically peel off due to the large coefficient of glass expansion. The bonding effect is not ideal for flexible products (such as leather, fabrics, etc.).

How to use it.

1. Clean the surface of the bonded object from moisture, dust, oil stains, rust spots, and other dirt, keeping it clean, dry, and flat.
2. Mix and stir components A and B in a 1:1 ratio evenly, apply them to the surface of the adhesive, and try to rotate and match them as much as possible during bonding,
3.5-10 minutes for initial solidification of the adhesive, reaching usable strength in 1 hour and optimal strength in 24 hours.
4. It can be used between -30 ℃ and 120 ℃. Do not mix a large amount of adhesive at once to avoid curing the adhesive before it is fully used.
